Monitoring

As a carrier grade service platform, MobiTV Connected Media Solutions provides robust monitoring and network operations support including the following features and benefits:

Reporting

The MobiTV Reporting services are responsible for the collection of all transaction data throughout the system and the availability of real-time and offline analysis and reporting. MobiTV client applications can also track and report on various application features, such as guide usage, user preferences, session start and application load times, to build comprehensive user profiles.

Every session is logged within the MobiTV Connected Media Solutions system, allowing exhaustive analysis of usage heuristics, including:

• Breakdown of usage by channel, device, time, network
• Rankings and distribution of content, channels, devices, etc
