TELCEL AND MOBITV PREMIERE MOBILE TELEVISION IN LATIN AMERICA
MEXICO CITY, MEXICO and EMERYVILLE, CA – MAY 25, 2006 – Telcel, Mexico's leading wireless provider, and MobiTV, Inc., the global leader in television and digital radio services for cellular, Wi-Fi and broadband enabled devices, today announced the official availability of the MobiTV® service in Latin America. Telcel, is the first of the América Móvil carriers in the Latin American market set to launch the MobiTV service as part of a regional agreement. MobiTV is the world's leading mobile television provider with more than one million subscribers globally.
The agreement recently established with América Móvil signifies the largest mobile entertainment offering in Latin America. Other América Móvil carriers soon to offer the MobiTV service include Claro Brazil and CTI Argentina, with more América Móvil properties to follow in the future.

Some of these high-demand television networks include CNN en Español, Cartoon Network, Nick, ESPN Movil, A&E®, The History Channel®, Bloomberg Television, MAXX Deportes, Fashion TV and more. América Móvil and MobiTV will offer the television content in Spanish, and in Portuguese for Brazil.
